There is no social equality between men and woman without economic equality. Capitalism not only leverages the inequality between men and women, but engenders social structures that actively perpetuate it, as well as the economic inequality between classes. This session looks at sexism and transphobia and examines its roots in the class structure of capitalist society, as well as how the far-right and the manosphere are militating to take these dynamics to its extreme.
